PHYSICAL AFFECTION: He'll take it in good humor, but he's equally unlikely to reciprocate unless with particularly close CR.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: I'm absolutely fine with him getting into a random tussle or two. Where debilitating injuries are concerned, I'd prefer some OOC discussion first. (I'll probably say yes.)
RELATIONSHIPS: Yes all day every day when it comes to friendships and found family. For romance, this is a little trickier -- I'm definitely not opposed to the idea, but Sholmes' priorities couldn't be further away from relationships and romance. Overt flirting would only serve as an ego boost (mostly his), and he'd probably forget about it the next day. However, I'm always willing to entertain a ship that develops with enough time and chemistry. (M/M, M/F, M/*, 20+ please.)
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: He has no psychic powers of his own. Characters who do possess them are free to tell that Sholmes' mind is always processing things at 200x speed, even when he's acting like an idiot.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: He has no magical abilities.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He probably doesn't get nearly as much sleep as he should, and definitely smokes too much tobacco, but in spite of that, he's surprisingly healthy.

DEMEANOUR: Eccentric and extroverted when he's in a good mood. Talkative and generally affable, if not childish, and has a penchant for putting on a show of pure inanity, only to turn around and say something sensible. More serious moments allow his real personality and true competency to shine; wickedly observant. However, boredom and extended periods of idleness will propagate deeply morose and dismissive moods.
